Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Sales Directors and Managers in the administrative duties in the Sales & Marketing Department
- Assist in order processing , quotation and delivery arrangements
- Liaise with customers on the shipment arrangement to ensure timely and cost effective deliveries
- General administrative tasks.
(e.g handle customers' enquiries, data entry, filing etc)
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans and Permanent Resident preferred.
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level in any field.
- No working experience required
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
