Job scope
Handle sales paperwork and job order processing.
Make sure all job orders are accurate so billing runs smoothly.
Work closely with Sales Managers and Production team to ensure services are delivered on time.
Support the Sales team with daily tasks and follow-ups.
Coordinate with other departments to keep operations smooth.
Work closely among inter-departments to ensure order fulfilment.
Coordinating logistics and arrangements for deliveries, and other operational activities.
Provide other administrative support to help the sales team operate effectively.
Performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team.
Requirements
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in admin and sales coordination.
Preferred Diploma holder or minimum GCE ‘O’ level.
The ideal candidate is a nice, friendly person, able to multi-task and work independently.
