Working Hours
#1 Full time
- Mondays to Fridays: 9:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunc break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
#2 Part time
- Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 1:00pm
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
Skills
- GCE N Levels or its equivalent
- Preferably completed and passed the Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 and to submit the certification to the Authority at least 2 weeks before the commencement of work.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in resource planning and office administration.
Prior working experience in a school environment is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist all departments, including MOE Kindergarten to prepare materials and learning resources for all levels lessons, programmes and activities.
- Provide support to School wide activities such as admin duty during PSLE Exam, Photo-taking scheduling, collate data, distribute items to classes and K1 orientation etc Assist department heads to conduct half-yearly inventory checks.
- Assist and support Teacher-Chefs and Programme Co-ordinator on the Gastro activities and lessons.
- Conduct half-yearly inventory check in Gastro Lab.
- Upkeep the cleanliness and inventories in Gastro Lab
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Programmes (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and flexible to the school operational needs and demands.
- Any other duties assigned by the Admin Manager and the School Leaders.
