Admin Support – Event Company - RA (ID: 7711) Industry Exhibitions/Event Management/MICE Specialization - Position Level Junior Working Hours 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday Responsibilities We’re looking for an Admin Support team member to help keep our event operations running smoothly.
* Manage event schedules, calendars, and documents so nothing falls through the cracks.
* Assist event planners with admin tasks, from preparing proposals to tracking expenses.
* Be the go-to person for emails, calls, and coordination with clients, suppliers, and venues.
* Book venues, arrange catering, and ensure all event materials are accounted for.
* Occasionally lend a hand at events to help things run smoothly.
* Assist with social media updates and preparing event presentations.
* Jump in to help with anything else needed to make our events a success! Requirements * Diploma in Business Admin, Events Management, or a related field (but experience counts too!).
* Previous admin or event experience is a plus!
* Strong organizational skills – you love checklists, spreadsheets, and making sure things are in order.
* Good communication skills – you can handle emails, calls, and messages with professionalism and warmth.
* Tech-savvy – comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic social media tools.
* A team player who’s willing to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Available for occasional evening or weekend work when events require it.
