Assist in the review and adjustment of course offerings, sequencing, and term planning.
Support collation and updating of course information for internal planning and external communication.
Coordinate with faculty and Programme Leaders on revised workload documentation and resource needs.
Assist the Manager in documenting and streamlining recurring administrative processes across academic, HR, and finance functions.
Support the development of internal SOPs, document templates, and standardised forms to ensure consistency.
Establish shared resources such as checklists, trackers, and how-to guides for operational reference.
Set up and maintain internal databases (e.g. faculty teaching assignments, claims tracking, course info) to support ongoing departmental operations.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant experiences
Proficient in MS Office
