Admin Support Officer
Contract Period: 1 December 2025 – 30 November 2026

Working Hours
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am – 4:00pm (inclusive of 30 mins lunch break)
- Fridays: 7:00am – 3:30pm (inclusive of 30 mins lunch break)
- No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
The Admin Support Officer will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of school functions.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing counter duties: attending to vendors, parents, and students.
- Managing inventory and resources.
- Handling phone calls, correspondence, and enquiries.
- Performing data entry and records management.
- Assisting in the creation of teaching and learning resources.
- Supporting school management in follow-up tasks and ad hoc assignments.
Notes:
- Personnel deployed shall not be pre-determined by MOE.
- Salaries, bonuses (AWS), and related employment matters are between the Contractor and the Personnel, not specified as part of ITQ requirements.
- The Authority will only be concerned with the contractual service fee payable to the Contractor.
Qualifications & Skills
The candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- At least 5 GCE 'O' Level passes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Preschool, Primary, or Secondary school environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong basic communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per month
