Job Title: Admin & Training Support Executive
Overview:
We are seeking a temporary staff to provide administrative and operational support in HR, data migration, and training programmes.
This role offers valuable exposure to HR systems, training operations, and communications design in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- TREX Admin Support: Provide administrative assistance for Associates Policy operations.
- Data Migration & Validation: Assist with migration of TREX data to the new system (DLE), including manual checks, cleaning, and validation.
- Programme Support: Coordinate and provide logistics support for in-house programmes (e.g. AI, data workshops, induction sessions).
- Record Management: Update and maintain training records in the HRP system.
- Communications: Support in designing EDMs, slides, and other internal communications.
- General Admin: Perform ad-hoc administrative duties to support the team.
Requirements:
- Prior HR/admin or training support experience preferred
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Good writing and communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable team player
Working Hours: 5-day work week, office hours
Work Location: Buona Vista
Salary Range: $2650
