Job Description & Requirements
The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing general office and administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
(Part Time/ Full time may apply)
• Order processing (generate a quotation, DO, and invoice)
• Handle Staff and customer inquiries/issues.
• Other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
• General administration and other coordination duties
• Prepare sales/stock report and Data Entry
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and issues monthly SOA
• Update and report on the job status of service equipment
• Liaise with external parties such as consumers, and suppliers
• Support sales and technical staff for job orders
• Well verse is Chinese and English - other languages are a bonus
• Working before on automotive firm will be advantage
• Part Time/Full Time is acceptable.
