Assist in all MOM-related issues, like work permit application, issuance, renewal, worker's training and certs, address registration, etc.
Responsible for managing the salary, vacation, attendance evaluation and calculation of workers;
Calculate payroll for workers (basic salary, overtime, commission & bonus etc).
Other HR and admin duties assigned by HR Manager.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year working experience in construction Sector.
At least 1 year working experience in Human Resource.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good knowledge in HR practices and policies/ Singapore employment act.
Proficient in MS office.
Able to read&speak&write in Mandrin to communicate with China stakeholders
