Key Responsibilities
Office & General Administration
· Lead the day-to-day administration of the headquarters and project offices, serving as the central point of coordination.
· Ensure seamless operations across leasing, procurement, facilities management, and workplace services, emphasizing sustainability and efficiency.
· Oversee renovation and upgrading works, lease negotiations, and act as liaison with building management.
· Coordinate administrative support for corporate events and after-office functions.
· Design and implement scalable frameworks to support full project life cycle.
Global Office Alignment & Interjurisdictional Stewardship
· Act as principal conduit between headquarters and global offices.
· Manage cross-border workflows and bilingual documentation for finance, legal, compliance, and investment.
· Facilitate cross-time zone communication and timely execution.
· Foster collaboration with stakeholders and partners, reinforcing governance standards.
· Champion cross-cultural awareness and compliance with local requirements.
Executive Affairs, Stakeholder Relations & Corporate Event Governance
· Lead planning and execution of corporate engagements: townhalls, board meetings, AGMs, ESG programs.
· Coordinate external visits such as ministerial delegations, investor inspections, and milestone ceremonies.
· Oversee executive travel logistics and itineraries.
· Manage translation and localization of documents, media releases, and bilingual correspondence.
· Support C-suite communications, media appearances, and brand alignment.
· Oversee vendor management, budgets, contracts, and risk mitigation.
Organizational Development & Branding
· Partner with leadership to translate vision and strategy into goals and initiatives.
· Support workforce development programs such as succession planning and capability building.
· Collaborate with HR to reinforce culture, onboarding, and performance management.
· Champion DEI initiatives to build inclusive workplace culture.
· Work with communications/marketing to enhance branding and external visibility.
· Ensure alignment of internal communications with company values and vision.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's preferred.
· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in senior administrative leadership roles.
· Proven track record in entity incorporation, governance, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
· Familiarity with SPV structures and project-based corporate governance.
· Strong experience in organizational development, employee engagement, and corporate branding is advantageous.
· Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills across multicultural, cross-border teams.
· Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
Frequent interactions with Mandarin speaking leadership is expected.
· Highly organized, diplomatic, and resourceful with ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
· Singaporeans preferred.
