We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team.
This is a full-time role that will provide essential administrative support to our growing business.
Role:
- Providing general administrative support, invoicing and document management.
- Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing customer service support to our clients.
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and no working experience required.
- Organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Canva, CapCut and Outlook.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- Managing enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Overseeing office operations and coordinating key activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and prioritisation skills.
