Key Responsibilities:
- Marking students' homework assignments
- Executing daily administrative tasks
- Printing and emailing teaching materials and worked solutions
- Preparing material ordering forms
- Filing and documenting students' records and teaching materials
- Scheduling replacement classes
- Attending to parents' enquiries
- Sending reminders to parents for fee payments
- Collecting fees and issuing receipts via system
- Delivering the programme pedagogy to parents proficiently
- Assisting with social media marketing
- Handling other ad-hoc assignments
- Reporting to the Centre Manager
Requirements:
- Attention to detail, neat and organised
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Familiar with Microsoft Office; Canva and social media skills are a plus
- Basic admin experience preferred, but candidates willing to learn are welcome
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
Work Arrangement & Hours:
- Permanent part-time role with flexible hours
- Preferably available daily for a few hours
Operating hours:
Tue–Fri: 2.30pm – 9.30pm
- Sat & Sun: 9.00am – 5.00pm
- Hourly pay: SGD 12/hour
