Job Description:
To provide administrative and logistical support for the administration of the Basic courses.
Reporting to Senior Executive of the Basic Course Team, Program Management and Partnerships, the jobholder is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and logistical support to the Training Command team and trainees to ensure smooth ground operations.
This includes providing support for the squad intakes/ graduation, manage squad training database and use of the learning management system (LMS).
The jobholder is also required to work with stakeholders and vendors to ensure the smooth conduct of events.
Requirements:
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with particular focus on MS Excel
· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Good team player
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Basic knowledge of PC hardware
