- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Maintain and organize company records and important documents.
- Handle sorting, filing, and storing business transaction records.
- Assist in preparing vouchers, order office supplies.
- Day-to-day business administration duties.
- Preparing of reports.
Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in administration funcction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g Excel, Words).
- Billingual in English and Mandarin
