Job Responsibilities
Support reception desk operations.
Preparation of airwaybills, local deliveries arrangement, etc.
Facility Operations
Assist with documentation, filing, and data entry for FM operations.
Assist with onsite inspection, staff enquiries/feedback when required.
Assist with facility operations when required.
Liaise with vendors for on-site tasks and ensure proper access is arranged, etc.
Administrative support for company events, etc.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 6:00pm
