Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
• Support reception desk operations.
• Preparation of airwaybills, local deliveries arrangement, etc.
• Facility Operations:
Assist with documentation, filing, and data entry for FM operations.
Assist with onsite inspection, staff enquiries/feedback when required.
Assist with facility operations when required.
Liaise with vendors for on-site tasks and ensure proper access is arranged, etc.
• Administrative support for company events, etc.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 2:00 – 6:00pm
