Job Description
Your Role:
- Handle invoicing, quotation, purchasing, and maintain inventory.
- Perform data entry and filing of documents.
- Answer and direct customer calls.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with production team members and customers who use either language.
- Meticulous, with good attitude, able to multi-task and work independently.
