As an Administrative Assistant, you will take charge of all administrative matters across APAC.
What you will do:
Be in charge of all administrative matters across the APAC officesExecute office eventsHandle business trips mattersManage office inventory, staff lists, expenses and other ad hoc mattersIn charge of maintenance & repairs of office equipmentSupport in on-boarding & off-boardingCollaboration with other teams to support on administrative mattersOwnership of gifting to internal and external stakeholdersTeam buildings (onsite, offsite and virtual activities)In-charge of leave and attendance trackingCoordinate Training sessions Requirements:
At least 1 to 2 years of administrative or office management experienceStrong communication skills; Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage, so as to perform administrative tasks for offices within Greater China Region (Taiwan, Hong Kong, China), when requiredStrong organizational, problem solving, and planning skillsAbility to work autonomouslyTeam player with a positive attitude What we offer:
