Position: Administrative Assistant
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Candidates should be flexible to handle calls or urgent tasks outside regular hours as needed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and general clerical work
- Assist management with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
- Support daily operations and coordinate communication within the team
- Address urgent matters promptly, including calls or requests outside standard working hours
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Administration, Business Management, or related fields
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility to respond to urgent matters
- Experience in the fund or financial industry is a plus
