Responsibilities:
• Administrative support to site personnel
• Document control and general office administration including coordination with HR and Finance departments
• Assist Power Station Manager in managing office maintenance contracts
• Assist in purchase, delivery and inventory of office supplies
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Recognized Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Self-motivated, independent and is a team player
