We are looking for a responsible Admin Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Perform data entry and scan documents
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Run company's errands to post office and office supply store
Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Maintain office supplies for department
Assist in paperwork for both administrative and sales department
Job Requirement:
Minimum Diploma, Degree Certifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills and able to relate well with all level of staff
Basic proficiency in English Written.
Must be bilingual in spoken English and Mandarin for liaison with Chinese counterparts
Good in coordination and tracking of processes
Entry level is welcome.
