Responsibilities:
Process overseas and local sales orders , prepare invoices and shipping documents
Coordinate with freight forwarders , transporters, and warehouse for on-time deliveries
Assist in purchasing functions , including PO issuance and goods receipt
Maintain inventory systems , data entry; prepare monthly inventory movement reports
Prepare and support the annual stocktake exercise
Perform other administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
GCE 'A' Level, Higher Nitec or equivalent with Business Administration background
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh grads welcome)
Proficient in MS Office; familiar with inventory systems an advantage
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to coordinate across teams
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
