Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support our day-to-day operations.
In addition to general administrative tasks, this role will involve assisting with tender-related documentation and communication, as well as providing marketing and project support when required by management.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and procurement of office supplies
- Draft and send emails to clients related to tender submissions and documentation
- Assist in preparing and organizing tender documents as required by management
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed
- Provide support to management and staff with administrative tasks
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Ensure the office environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Support in formatting, proofreading, and compiling marketing materials and presentations
- Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, deadlines, and correspondence
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, report generation, and document formatting
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative, project, or marketing tasks as assigned
Requirements and Skills::
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with email correspondence, especially in a professional or client-facing context
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field work experience preferred
