Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Executive/Senior Executive.
In this role, you will provide administrative support and contribute to the smooth launch and completion of courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with course instructors, learners, and stakeholders to ensure effective course delivery;
- Coordinate logistics arrangements for courses, including preparation of materials and venue management;
- Administer course applications, enrolments, billings, and correspondences, ensuring compliance with financial regulations;
- Support course publicity through various platforms and event participation;
- Provide secretariat and ad-hoc project support as required.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent professional qualification;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration and training support operation;
- Proactive team player, able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision;
- Experience with SSG funding and claims would be advantageous.
Skills and Qualifications
You will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
You should also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain accurate records.
