Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to provide support to our product distribution and operation teams.
This role involves providing administrative and secretarial support, including data entry, filing, and cash card scanning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support by handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Manage and update databases in the system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and arrange schedules.
- Create and manage invoices.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Assist with report generation and ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- Compulsory knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Meticulous sense of responsibility and good working attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
