We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to all phone enquiries, providing primary support to the sales department, and handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to all phone enquiries
- Provide primary support to the sales department
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems
- Work closely among inter-departments to ensure order fulfilment
- E-filing and transmission in customer's portal within the timeline
Requirements
- A minimum 'O' Level or equivalent qualification is required
- At least 1 year of related working experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary
Benefits
Working hours are 5 days a week, with possible additional shifts on weekends and public holidays, subject to a payable allowance.
