The Administrative Support Specialist is a key member of our dynamic team.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including recruitment and HR matters.
Key responsibilities include posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, processing candidate applications, negotiating employment contracts, reviewing time-sheets, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and maintaining employee records.
You will also assist with insurance claims and surveys, respond to finance-related inquiries, submit and reconcile expense reports, compose letters and emails on behalf of management, and handle confidential information with discretion.
In addition to these duties, you may be involved in participating in task forces and committees, developing and updating administrative systems, and providing support for learning and development initiatives.
