Additional duties include monitoring clinic queue and load balancing, assisting in collecting clinic data/statistics, and helping with surveys and quality improvement projects.
A Patient Service Admin must also ensure the counter and consultation rooms are clean and tidy, restock supplies and stationery, and serve in assigned committees.
