Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of HR or Accounts Executive .
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and have experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks, including payroll calculation, stocktake, production discussion, and meeting minutes writing.
They will also be expected to provide expert advice on Singapore HR regulations and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
Key Qualifications
The following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:
• Experienced in Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of Construction and Payroll processes
• Excellent knowledge of HR Policies and HRIS systems
• Proven track record in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
