Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating shipping, receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting records, and storing of inventory.Ensure outgoing and incoming shipments are done on time, within budget, and to the exact location.Preparing shipping documents (e.g., airway bills, bills of lading, purchase orders, delivery orders, certificates of beneficiary, etc.).Preparing export LC documents for negotiation and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the LC.Familiar with shipping incoterms.Liaise with shipping companies, transport contractors, and inter-department to ensure timely clearance and smooth flow of shipments.Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries.Responsible for procurement process and sourcing in a timely manner.Effectively acquire the most relevant and cost-effective deals.Managing and dispatching spare parts requests.Sourcing and managing suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders, and maintaining good business relationships.
