Admin/Sales Coordinator Job Opening In Paya Lebar – Now Hiring JE Human Resources Pte. Ltd.


Job description

Our client is a glass manufacturer.

Currently, they are looking for an Admin Assistant/Sales Coordinator to join their team.

Job Details

  • Salary range: $2000-$2500 (depends on experience)
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm); Alternate Sat (8am-2pm)
  • Working Location: Paya Lebar (Central area)

Job Description

  • Handles and follow through purchase orders through fax or customer phone calls
  • Prepare Delivery Order, ensure accuracy and arrange for delivery
  • Coordinate with Production for delivery
  • Issue and File invoices and ensure accuracy
  • Follow up with accounts receivables
  • Provide support to sales personnel/executives
  • Future role as Industrial Sales personnel
