Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage personalization campaigns, A/B testing, and multivariate testing using Adobe Target .
- Collaborate with UX, Marketing, and Product teams to define test hypotheses, customer journeys, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for Adobe Target activities.
- Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools for data-driven insights.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on experiment/test results, providing actionable recommendations.
- Ensure technical feasibility and quality assurance for all personalization initiatives before deployment.
- Partner with eCommerce and IT teams to align Adobe Target implementation with broader platform architecture and business goals.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in digital optimization and personalization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target (including setting up A/B tests, XT, Auto-Target, and Recommendations).
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (especially Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Audience Manager).
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and site personalization strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Adobe Certified Expert (Adobe Target or related certifications).
- Experience in API-based personalization and server-side testing.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices for eCommerce optimization.
