Job Description
We seek a skilled technical presales professional specializing in data engineering and integration.
As an Advisory Solution Consultant, you will drive innovative solutions around ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric, NowAssist, and Agentic AI.
Your expertise in the data lifecycle will help build solutions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase our platform's transformative potential to customers.
Responsibilities
Data Solution Evangelism:
Act as a technical advisor for ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric, explaining its benefits to stakeholders.
Customer Engagement:
Lead discovery sessions, understand complex data challenges, and craft tailored ServiceNow solutions.
Data Architecture Design:
Develop architectures leveraging Workflow Data Fabric for data ingestion, transformation, integration, analytics, and insights aligned with customer goals.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Work with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful execution.
Sales Support:
Assist throughout the presales process, from qualification to closing, with data-focused solutions.
Continuous Learning:
Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow’s data solutions and industry trends in data engineering.
Qualifications
Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including automation and AI insights.
5+ years in technical presales, solution architecture, or consulting, with a focus on enterprise data integration and analytics.
Strong background in data engineering, including ETL, data modeling, storage solutions (relational/NoSQL), and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with integration tech like REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, JDBC, and data pipelines.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and web technologies.
Experience with low-code/no-code platforms; ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are preferred.
Knowledge of RPA, Generative AI, OCR, Process Mining, and CICD is a plus.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and executive levels.
Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to articulate complex solutions clearly.
