What You'll Do:
- Monitor & Escalate support effectiveness (with job prioritization) to Production Line Manager
- Ensure adequate support to operation's requests and ensure adequate support given to production lines for Product evolution qualification, capability setup, and relevant technical supports as required
Accountable on Product & Technical work package
Manage product definition, configuration, and evolution
- Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis (8D), and cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams (MFT) and customers to resolve product issues
Lead/participate in product and process improvement projects (KAIZEN)
Establish KPIs (R1, FPY) and monitor support effectiveness
What You Bring:
- Diploma / Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar
- Min 3 years' experience in technical support or product engineering
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; clear and professional communication
- Aviation industry experience is a plus
- Please note that this is a 1 year contract (renewable / convertible) role
