- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Sales, and Service Teams to align on post-sales expectations and ensure all required information is provided
- Conduct regular account reviews with end-users and drive post-sales revenue growth
- Manage service delivery for clients locally and regionally
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards
- Proactively understand client needs and deliver solutions to meet them
- Support the growth of existing accounts and contribute to new business opportunities
- Review and manage customer service contracts and service level standards
- Address customer complaints and work with teams to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with management to execute customer-focused growth strategies
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant fields
- Min 2 years experience in AV/IT industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)
- Salary: Up to $6500
- Able to start work immediate or on short notice
