Responsibilities
- Receive and analyze client RFQs and tenders, providing technical clarifications when required.
- Request and review supplier quotations, ensuring accuracy of specifications and compliance.
- Prepare competitive offers and proposals for clients.
- Acknowledge and process client purchase orders.
- Plan and prepare site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate and oversee on-site work with service engineers and workers.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis, run tests, and implement corrective solutions.
- Liaise with international manufacturers to resolve technical matters.
- Develop and define on-site work procedures.
- Write detailed and illustrated service reports following site assignments, ensuring validation with clients.
- Participate in Site Acceptance Tests with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Maintain accurate, updated documentation for after-sales projects.
- Communicate regularly with clients, suppliers, and partners locally and overseas to ensure project follow-up.
- Trigger invoicing and formally close projects after completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Candidates with strong network in pharmaceutical industry is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to perform troubleshooting and coordination on-site in the West
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
