Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Manage and builds a good understanding of assigned account base.
Establish strong partnership with assigned accounts to ensure that all supply chain metrics are aligned with customers and internally to deliver both business KPIs and targets.
- Cross-functional and collaborative working internally with Customer Service, Sales, Inventory, Operations and externally with the Customer to ensure service delivery.
- Performing in-depth analysis for assigned accounts with the purpose of identifying improvement opportunities & developing business solutions to optimize supply chain cost performance and efficiencies.
- Monthly/ weekly review meetings to update KPI, sharing challenges with proposed solutions.
- Working along side with BD team to onboard new accounts.
- Working along side with logistics team to manage inbound/outbound/return and shipment.
- Preparing monthly KPI reports for customers and for internal stakeholders.
Competency Requirements:-
- Degree or Local Diploma in any field.
- Relevant work experience in supply chain, preferably in a customer facing or planning role.
- Excel at working cross functionally and at all levels
- Excellent communicator, good influencing, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
- Strong analytical ability, analyse complex data with good understanding of supply chain and inventory management concepts.
