We are seeking a bilingual candidate who is eager to grow, learn, and work in a fast-paced, professional, and dynamic environment.
The role involves providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring timely freight booking, shipment pickup, and monitoring/coordination.
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and politely.
- Handle all air export shipment bookings via different communication channels.
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide freight quotes via email as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into ETMS (as required by OPA/Air Lateral).
- Comply with Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirements per GDP/GDPMDS regulations.
- Provide flight details promptly and update customers on freight status.
- Obtain rate approvals from customers and raise F2F/BCR before shipment departure.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and report delays or issues to relevant parties.
- Maintain and update customer SOPs.
- Understand customer profiles and handling requirements to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and inquiries, offering solutions or recovery actions.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Perform additional tasks delegated by supervisors or managers.
Minimum tertiary education with 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficient in computer use and email communication.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
