What You’ll Do
Architect & Build
: Design, develop, and deploy autonomous agentic systems and LLM‐powered co‐pilots for critical data center applications.
Innovate
: Spearhead research and building of novel agent architectures, including tool‐use, planning, and multi‐agent collaboration for simulation‐based optimization.
Integrate
: Seamlessly connect your AI agents with our sophisticated digital twins, real‐time telemetry pipelines, and domain‐specific simulation models.
Collaborate
: Work in a tight‐knit, cross‐functional team of data scientists, system engineers, and data center domain experts to build groundbreaking solutions.
Test & Refine
: Rigorously evaluate and benchmark agent performance in both simulated and real‐world environments to ensure robustness and efficiency.
Lead & Learn
: Stay at the forefront of AI research in LLMs, reinforcement learning, and agentic systems, sharing your findings through publications and internal knowledge‐sharing.
What You’ll Bring
A degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
Proven backend development experience, with a strong ability to build robust and scalable systems.
Hands‐on experience building with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and/or generative AI.
Expert‐level programming skills in Python and deep familiarity with core ML/LLM libraries (e.g., PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
Practical knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, and designing agents that use external tools.
Bonus Points (Nice‐to‐Haves):
Familiarity with distributed systems, data engineering, or digital twin platforms.
Experience with telemetry data, time‐series analysis, or IoT device integration.
A background in industrial automation, robotics, or control systems would be a strong plus.
Contributions to open‐source AI projects or a portfolio of relevant personal projects.
