Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare, handle, and process all necessary documentation, including customs and regulatory paperwork.
- Accurately monitor, track, and trace cargo movements.
- Communicate efficiently with customers, vendors, and internal teams via email, phone, instant messaging, and in person.
- Monitor and update relevant reports.
- Ensure accurate and prompt billing to clients.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, government regulations, and customer requirements always.
- Develop an understanding of departmental workflows and actively seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting supervisor.
- Arrange collection, booking with airlines.
- Accurately monitor, track, and trace cargo movements and update customers, agents with uplift status.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Secondary School / “O” Level or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
