Publicis Groupe is searching for a talented individual to join the team and our bespoke agency for a globally recognized company known for its iconic brands across Snacking, Petcare and Food & Nutrition.
This is a unique opportunity to partner with iconic brands on their marketing transformation journey.
You will help enable the client to future-proof their business, whilst also being part of a Power of One model that integrates media, production, data & tech, social, influencer and commerce to create end-to-end PESO experiences.

Key Responsibilities
As the Data Intelligence Director, you will shape the transformation of our client’s data & technology capabilities.
In particular, you will work closely with all relevant stakeholders to audit current levels of digital maturity, e.g., through structured data & technology audits.
You will design transformative initiatives, prioritization exercises, business cases and deliver implementation roadmaps in collaboration with our clients’ marketing and IT departments.
You will oversee and manage projects end-to-end that are designed to enhance our client’s capabilities as a deployment partner.
Work closely with the Publicis Groupe Product teams to ideate, develop, and implement Publicis Groupe solutions designed to accelerate our client’s data & technology ambitions.
This includes the marketing & implementation of agency capabilities (e.g., Epsilon, Sapient), and the setup and management of strategic partnerships with data, identity resolution and enterprise technology vendors.
Lead data & technology projects end-to-end: scoping & work estimations, stakeholder management, definition & tracking of success criteria and timelines/milestones, deployment (strategic & technical), partnerships; projects will focus on:
Unlocking a client’s 1st party data strategy through data audits, design of data acquisition strategies (PII data and non-PII data) & definition of media use cases, collaborating with the digital media activation team to define requirements for data collection by design campaigns and activation/optimization of 1st party data
Identifying, qualifying, and integrating 2nd party data for user journey mapping, audience insights and data enrichment
Strategy and implementation of marketing & advertising technologies such as CDPs, DMPs, data clean rooms, CMPs, site personalization tools, website analytics systems, etc.
Assessing data partners, identity resolution partners and marketing platform partners through RFI/ RFP, PoCs, and test designs to enhance agency and client capabilities
Scoping, proposing, implementing, and managing Publicis Groupe identity & audience platform solutions with Publicis product teams and strategic partners
Collaborate with Publicis Groupe agencies and internal teams to define client data & technology needs & opportunities and develop applications and use cases for Publicis offerings and services
Engage client services teams around all aspects of data & technology enablement and opportunity development: participate in requirements sessions, perform gap analysis on the client’s data & architectures, and define scope, tasks, milestones, and deliverables
Work with clients and agency teams to understand business & marketing strategies; engage with senior-level client contacts across the business on data capabilities and marketing & advertising technology
Provide Global Solutions Product team guidance on the development of data solutions, including input on new product and feature roadmaps based on customer and market needs
Qualifications
You have a desire to work with clients to plan, design and build their digital transformation through data & technology and digital activation.
Your combination of subject matter expertise with strong analytic, problem solving and client facing skills will be a key success factor for this role.
10+ years of data & platform experience with a digital agency/ consultancy, marketing platform service provider, 3rd party data solutions provider, etc.
Strong technical skillset and significant prior success in strategizing, deploying & managing e.g.,
Site analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Data management platforms such as Adobe Audience Manager or Oracle DMP
Customer data platforms such as Tealium or Treasure Data
Data vendors with e.g., Lotame, Oracle or Eyeota
Able to map and optimize complex data & marketing technology infrastructures
Experience with leading complex multi-dimensional engagements that combine agency services, data management, consulting, and technology deployments
Able to think strategically and articulate complex challenges and solutions to non-technical audiences
Excellent people management skills with regards to recruitment, management, and retention of talent
Organized, structured communication and able to work against clear objectives and timelines.
You are known for an optimistic “can-do” attitude
Skilled at influencing without authority while navigating siloed organizational structures
Possess a charismatic, engaging personality and can successfully interact with senior/executive-level client contacts
