Overview
We are seeking a talented Data Intelligence Director to join our bespoke agency team, working with a globally recognized company known for its iconic brands in Snacking, Petcare, and Food & Nutrition.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead marketing transformation initiatives, integrating media, production, data & tech, social, influencer, and commerce to create comprehensive PESO experiences.
The global team comprises members from over 70+ markets, all committed to building a better future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data & technology projects, including scoping, stakeholder management, success criteria definition, and implementation, focusing on:
- Enhancing client’s 1st party data strategy through audits and data acquisition design
- Integrating 2nd party data for audience insights and data enrichment
- Implementing marketing & advertising technologies such as CDPs, DMPs, data clean rooms, and CMPs
- Assessing data partners and managing Publicis Groupe identity & audience platform solutions
- Collaborate with Publicis Groupe agencies and internal teams to define client data & technology needs and develop relevant applications and use cases.
- Engage with client services teams to understand requirements, perform gap analysis, and support data & technology transformation projects.
- Interact with clients and agency teams to align on business and marketing strategies, providing guidance to the Global Solutions Product team on data solutions development.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in data & platform roles within digital agencies, consultancies, or data solution providers.
- Strong technical expertise in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), DMPs (Adobe Audience Manager, Oracle DMP), CDPs (Tealium, Treasure Data), and data vendors (Lotame, Oracle, Eyeota).
- Experience mapping and optimizing complex data and marketing technology infrastructures, including Adobe tech stack and media platforms like Google DV360 and Facebook.
- Proven success in managing complex projects combining agency services, data management, consulting, and technology deployments.
- Excellent strategic, communication, and people management skills, with the ability to influence and interact with senior/executive clients.
