Roles & Responsibilities As the AMEA Data Strategy and Biddable Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our data strategy and biddable media operations across the AMEA region.
This leadership position combines data intelligence, technology transformation, and biddable operations to drive excellence and consistency across all markets.
Reporting to relevant senior leadership, this role is pivotal in advancing our client's data and technology capabilities while ensuring world-class biddable activity delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Strategy and Technology Transformation:
- Lead the assessment and enhancement of clients' digital maturity through structured data and technology audits.
- Design and implement transformative initiatives, prioritization exercises, and business cases in collaboration with marketing and IT departments.
- Oversee and manage end-to-end data and technology projects, focusing on:
- Developing clients' 1st party data strategies, including data acquisition and media use case definition.
- Integrating 2nd party data for audience insights and enrichment
- Implementing marketing and advertising technologies such as CDPs, DMPs, and consent management platforms.
- Managing partnerships with data, identity resolution, and marketing platform providers.
- Collaborate with Publicis Groupe Product teams to ideate, develop, and implement solutions that accelerate client data and technology goals.
Biddable Operations Excellence:
- Lead the deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement of the biddable hub model across all regional and local markets.
- Ensure integration with SEO, retail media, connected commerce, and other channels for aligned delivery processes.
- Oversee the operational delivery of all biddable campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with best practices.
- Build frameworks for optimization, test and learn, and performance commentary to enhance future planning.
- Drive the adoption and effective use of key tools (AuditPro, CapSure, CoreOS) across teams and ensure adherence to data governance standards.
Cross-Channel Collaboration and Governance:
- Foster collaboration between hub teams, operations, and regional and local markets to maintain consistent workflows and output quality.
- Act as a key point of contact for operational excellence discussions with internal leadership and cross-agency teams.
- Anticipate and present operational and process innovations to add value to client and hub delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement and Team Leadership:
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders globally and locally to ensure exceptional delivery performance.
- Directly manage teams to ensure clear objectives, high performance, and continuous development.
- Foster a unified culture across onshore and offshore teams, promoting daily collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in data and platform management within a digital agency, consultancy, or marketing platform service provider.
- Proven success in strategizing, deploying, and managing site analytics, DMPs, and CDPs.
- Strong experience in leading multi-market biddable activation teams across search, social, and programmatic channels.
- Expertise in operational excellence, workflow management, and digital governance.
- Ability to think strategically and articulate complex challenges and solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills, capable of unifying and inspiring geographically dispersed teams.
- Track record of driving process innovation and delivering operational improvements at scale.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement at senior client and agency leadership levels.
