Job Duration:
3 Mths – able to commit to 31 Dec 2025
Working Hours:
9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze the current Excel tracker (2,000+ rows, pivot-based monitoring).
Structure and clean existing data for migration.
Design and build a SharePoint List / Microsoft List to replace the Excel tracker.
Set up user-friendly forms or entry screens (via Microsoft Lists, Power Apps, or other O365 tools).
Rebuild existing reports and dashboards in Excel PivotTables or Power BI.
Implement data governance controls (versioning, permissions, archiving).
Provide documentation and user training to staff for smooth adoption.
Work with stakeholders to fine-tune workflows and reporting requirements.
Requirements
Min.
Diploma/Undergrads/Degree in Business IT/Data/related and very proficient in below mentioned skillsets
Advanced Microsoft Excel hands-on experience (advanced formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, Macros, V lookup).
Have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools: SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Power BI, Power Automate.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage project deliverables within timelines.
Good communication skills to liaise with business users and provide training.
