Administrative Support
- Support daily agency operations by delivering timely and efficient administrative assistance to Strategic Business Development Managers and Directors.
- Prepare management reports and statistical data for departmental reporting.
- Act as a liaison between key distributors/business partners and internal teams for assigned tasks and requests.
- Manage and support the following but not limited to:
o Sales campaign (i.e. roadshows, seminars, internal and external events)
o All other administrative matters related to agency.
- Document and update on all SOPs and Operation Manuals to ensure consistency and compliance across the department.
- Maintain and update all circulars issued by the Strategic Business Development department.
- Support other ad-hoc administrative projects as assigned.
Communications Support
- Manage official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including content posting, campaign execution, and performance tracking to grow audience engagement and brand presence.
- Promote and drive the adoption of the One SGA app to meet company objectives and enhance user engagement.
- Source and liaise with vendors for marketing collateral production (e.g. red packets, calendars, promotional items).
- Maintain and manage visual assets within the SGA Office to maximise branding visibility for SGA and its business partners.
- Monitor and manage the marketing email inbox, ensuring timely communication and collaboration with internal departments.
- Process and review representatives' applications for marketing materials.
- Create and design corporate communication assets, including but not limited to: emails, EDMs, internal messages, scripts, and presentation slides.
- Oversee the design and production of digital and physical name cards for representatives.
- Support other ad-hoc communications or marketing projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing, preferably with exposure to multi-channel campaigns and social media management.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail, particularly in tracking payments, attendance, and reporting.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Canva, and other design/email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with digital design and content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
