Responsibilities
Proficient in managing daily requests for unit trust transfers, from initiation of request to completion.
Timely and accurate processing of unit trust requests.
Effective management and resolution of failed transfers.
Provide seamless, efficient, effective, and value-added services to front office.
Ensure adherence to established procedures, control guidelines, market regulations and compliance framework during processing.
Action on mailbox enquiries.
Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Serve as Processor or Checker for various tasks.
Account maintenance such as onboarding and updating assignment of Firms and Financial Advisors.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the above functional activities.
Experience
1-2 years relevant experience.
Meticulous with good attention to detail.
Curious mindset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders (Front Office, Fund Houses, other financial institution counterparties, etc.).
Good knowledge and hands-on experience in transfers-related function in Unit Trust (preferred).
Education
Academic: Diploma holder (min).
Professional Ce rtification(s): NA (preferred / mandatory).
