Responsibilities:
- Process commission statements received from multiple product providers on regular basis and balance it against the commission received in PIAS account
- Upload of commission transactions into system for approval
- Clear commission exceptions during commission cycle run
- Consolidation of commission team's uploaded transactions for each specific commission run.
Consolidation is used to check for over-payment for lodgement (due to system error) before every comm run, such that appropriate adjustments need be made.
- Liaise with product providers related to commission / servicing related issues
- Handle commission enquiries from sales platform
- Cover team members (eg.
on leave) as and when required by Manager / Team Lead - Review & update of Commission Processing workflows (annual)
- Extract Data monthly for Compliance team sampling and regulatory reporting purpose (Balanced scorecard)
- Prepare BSC quarterly report for Compliance team on commission clawback and Sales Supervisor BSC grading
- Liaise with Risk and Compliance Department on any changes related to reporting templates
- Participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) to roll out enhancement / project initiatives
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager / Team Lead
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- Competency in all other MS programs; especially in MS Excel (Intermediate Level preferred)
- Comprehension and interest in mathematical processes
- Experience administering commissions software / system
- Relationship building skills
- Hardworking and meticulous in area of work
- Strong ability to meet strict deadlines
- Identify problems and recommend resolutions
- Flexible with working hours and willing to put in extra effort when required
- Team-player – able to work as a team to achieve common goals
- Accept responsibility and ownership with Manager
