Brief Job Description:
Primary Purpose
To provide helpdesk support for the project
To perform infrastructure and application technical duties
To provide project admin support to project team
Responsibilities:
1) To provide helpdesk support and application testing service for the project:
manage the project mailbox
response/provide advice to users for incident/SR/CR raised by performing business analysis of application functionality (without source codes)
ensure all incident/SR/CR are tracked and closed within SLA
liaise with subcontractor (via JIRA) to ensure issue is resolved
testing of bug fixes in test environment
compile daily/weekly/monthly statistics for reporting
2) To perform infrastructure/application technical duties
AWS, network or application troubleshooting
Deployment of applications (about 1-2 times a month from 5pm – 9pm)
3) Provide project admin support such as
Compilation of monthly progress report
Facilitate the compilation of Weekly Log Review/Account Review
Asset clearance & tracking
Personnel security clearance administration
Project team onboarding / offboarding activities
Documentation updates
Educational Qualification: Diploma
Years of IT Experience: 1-2 years
Work Experience: 1-2 years
Must Have Skill: Oracle DB, system support, Java,SDLC knowledge
Prefer Skill: AWS, Outgoing personality, good communication and analytical skill are essential;
Working Location: Customer site
