Newly Created APAC FP&A Manager with a Well-backed Medical Devices / MedTech MNC at Transformative Growth Stages
Overview
An excellent opportunity with a well-backed Medical Devices / MedTech MNC as APAC FP&A Manager.

In an individual contributor capacity reporting into the FP&A Head based remotely outside of Singapore, the selected candidate will support APAC business planning, partner with group heads on P&L insights, identify risks and opportunities, track projects’ costs and evaluate ROI for commercial initiatives.

Lead and execute the APAC planning, budgeting and forecasting FP&A activities with strong business partnering to sales and regional stakeholders.

Other responsibilities include detailed financial analysis including advanced financial modelling, revenue forecasting, budget estimates, profitability analysis, finance data analytics, monitoring business issues and impact on the bottom line for regional and global consolidation.


In a pivotal role seated in Singapore with access to key decision makers including the Global President and Global Heads, this position offers a platform for high potential and ambitious talent to accelerate toward C-level leadership during a period of accelerated growth.

Responsibilities
Support APAC business planning, budgeting and forecasting processes (FP&A full suite).


Partner with regional heads on P&L insights, risks and opportunities, and ROI evaluation for commercial initiatives.


Perform detailed financial analysis, including advanced financial modelling, revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and finance data analytics.


Monitor business issues and their impact on the bottom line for regional and global consolidation.


Collaborate with sales and commercial stakeholders to deliver robust financial insights and decision support.


Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.

CPA/CA essential.


Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant regional FP&A experience, preferably in Medical Devices, MedTech, FMCG or related industries.


Strong preference for fast-tracked, high-potential talent.


Revenue forecasting experience with regional commercial and sales leaders is advantageous.


Hands-on experience with Finance Data Analytics; MS Dynamics 365, Power BI, Salesforce and Advanced Microsoft Excel highly preferred.


Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong work ethic, able to interact with and influence C-suite executives.


Demonstrated analytical, project management and financial skills; able to work both in a team and independently.


Ability to balance and manage varying tasks with different skill requirements in a productive and effective manner.


Location & Reporting
Based in Singapore; reports to the FP&A Head (remote outside Singapore as applicable).
