This 18-month program offers exciting and rich Coaching & Mentoring, Training, On-Job immersion and project experience in the dynamic areas of Marketing, Merchandising, E-Commerce, Retail, Key Account Management and other Corporate Functions.
What you will experience in the Program...
The APAC Management Trainee program will commence with 6-month immersion with various functions of the business, before branching out into the different commercial tracks (below) over the following months.
You will have the opportunity to develop and drive merchandising plans, create digital marketing strategies, lead e-commerce campaigns, and conduct category planning.
Merchandising
Develop merchandising plans, analyse customer buying patterns, and manage inventory level
Capture local/regional growth opportunities through Product Creation
Conduct market analysis and drive product placement
Marketing
Lead the team in conducting marketing analysis, and develop marketing strategy upon it
Create and execute a cohesive brand communication plan.
Oversee and coordinate media partnerships and collaborations
E-Commerce
Lead digital marketing campaigns
Lead the team on conducting analysis on consumer digital behaviour trends
Oversee and manage designated ecommerce platforms
Brand Planning
Conduct Marketplace, Category and Omni-Channel Planning
Manage retail buying
Key Account Management
Develop and implement distributor sales strategies
The Program will conclude with a Business Project where you will be presenting to the APAC leaders of VF.
Upon the Program wrap-up, you will kick start your career journey at VF.
